Pegasus Office Center was planned as two buildings of approximately 12,500 SF each, which face each other as mirror images across a visitor parking court.  The first building has been constructed to date.  The top floor of this building has sloped ceilings which follow the roof shape, and it houses the studios of Triangle Yoga.  The lower 2 floors house offices and a large portion of the building is occupied by the Womens Birth and Wellness Center.  The building is clad in porcelain tile and stucco with metal framework and balconies.
