The Greene Residence was designed and built for economy, accessibility and low maintenance for a small family.  The floors are stained concrete and close to the ground level.  Halls are wide and there are railings throughout.  The exterior is clad in pressure treated pine for durabilty and and ease of care, and the wooded lot was left in a natural state.
