Floor Plans

The Portico House features a central hall plan, open at each end for the promotion of natural ventilation as in traditional architecture in warm climates.  This home has a sun room/great room with a southern orientation which opens to a walled patio.  The home is clad in cement stucco, and since the site slopes to the rear and side, accommodates a single car garage, a workshop and an apartment in a daylight basement.
